不同TNM分期恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-调节性T细胞的研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨不同TNM分期恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-调节T细胞的变化及其临床意义。方法通过流式细胞术动态分析179例恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-调节性T细胞的变化。结果不同TNM分期恶性肿瘤患者随疾病进展外周血CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-细胞占CD4^+细胞比率升高,在肿瘤Ⅳ期尤其明显;Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期病人CD4^+细胞略低于对照组,但差异无显著性,CD4/CD8比值低于对照组,差异有显著性;Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病人CD4^+细胞及CD4/CD8比值均明显减低,差异有显著性;各期肿瘤患者CD3^+、CD8^+、CD19^+细胞与对照组比较差异无显著性。结论恶性肿瘤患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+CD127^-细胞占CD4^+细胞比率的升高与恶性肿瘤临床分期密切相关,定期检测外周血中上述指标的变化,有利于了解恶性肿瘤患者的病情变化及预后。
