华法林使用中的几个问题 被引量：2

摘要 1问题：影响华法林抗凝效果的因素有哪些？ 回答：由于房颤患者发生缺血性脑卒中危险性是无房颤者的5倍，其病死率增加2倍，故在房颤治疗中抗凝治疗防止血栓栓塞事件发生十分重要。研究表明华法林抗凝治疗可使脑卒中的发生率减少2／3，病死率下降1／3，而用阿司匹林预防血栓栓塞发生疗效仅为华法林的1／2。
