摘要
采用不同剂量的苦荞颗粒冲剂(TBPM)灌胃STZ(链脲佐菌素)造模糖尿病模型小鼠,检测小鼠空腹血糖、口服糖耐量指标。将健康的昆明雄小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、TBPM 1号低、中、高3个剂量组与TBPM2号中剂量组。饲养5周后,测定不同剂量TBPM对小鼠血糖、口服糖耐量的影响。试验结果表明:与模型组比较,TBPM2号中剂量组[4.0g/(kg·d))]于给药第2、4、5周时均显示明显的降低空腹血糖作用(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。对于小鼠口服糖耐量实验,TBPM2号中剂量组血糖曲线下面积比模型对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。对TBPM主要营养成分分析,荞麦糖醇含量0.8%。TBPM2号具有降血糖活性作用,所含荞麦糖醇是其主要物质基础。
To study the effect of tartary buckwheat particle medicine(TBPM) on blood glucose.Two types of TBPM with different doses was used to feed STZ-induced diabetic rat.Male KM mice were divided into seven groups and were fed with normal diet(control and model groups),diets added with TBPM ig respectively for five weeks,and blood glucose and oral glucose tolerance were detected.Result showed that the middle dosage〔4.0 g/(kg·d)〕 of TBPM sample 2 can significantly lower the diabetic index on the diabetic mice treated with five weeks contrast with the model mice(P 0.01).The contents of fagopyritol was 0.8%.The TBPM sample 2 have a hypoglycemic effect,which might results from the fagopyritol in it.
