考虑饱和度约束的单点主被动有限公交优先策略 被引量:7

Conditional active and passive bus signal priority strategies considering saturation degree restriction at an isolated junction

摘要 为减小公交信号优先对社会车辆的负面影响,提出了以各相位饱和度为约束、在交叉口不发生交通拥堵前提下对公交车进行有限信号优先的思想,并分别建立了单点主动有限优先、被动有限优先策略。应用VISSIM软件模拟了多种场景下分别运行主动有限优先、被动有限优先以及无公交优先3种控制策略时的交通运行情况。以交叉口人均延误作为效益评价指标,采用t检验方法判断各场景下3种控制策略效益的差异性,确定了每种策略的最佳适用环境。结果表明:主动有限公交优先策略适用于饱和度小于等于0.85、单车道公交车流量小于等于30 veh/h的交通状态;被动有限公交优先策略适用于饱和度大于等于0.875且小于0.925、单车道公交车流量大于40 veh/h时的交通状态。 To reduce the negative effect on general traffic caused by bus signal priority(BSP),a methodology that considering saturation degree restriction and giving conditional priority to buses in premise of no traffic congestion occuring at the intersection was proposed,and a conditional active BSP strategy and a conditional passive BSP strategy at an isolated junction were established.The two strategies and non-priority strategy were simulated in VISSIM environment under various scenarios to get the corresponding control benefits.Using intersection average person delay as evaluation index,t test was applied to judge whether there were significant differences among the control benefits produced by three strategies and the optimal applicable circumstance of each strategy was determined.The results indicate that the active bus priority strategy is suitable to the circumstances when saturation degree is not larger than 0.85 and bus volume per lane is not larger than 30 veh/h.The passive bus priority strategy is suitable to the circumstances when saturation degree is not smaller than 0.875 and smaller than 0.925 and bus volume per lane is larger than 40 veh/h.
