摘要
针对数控机床主轴系统设计需要多个软件协同建模、智能决策与分析仿真的需要,构建了一种由用户定制模块、传动方式配置智能决策模块、优化设计模块以及设计资源中心等组成的主轴智能设计系统的体系结构。提出并实现了Solid Edge、ADAMS、ANSYS以及主轴智能设计系统之间的多软件协同建模、数据交换与共享的方法。论述了三维CAD建模系统、有限元分析系统以及刚-柔耦合系统之间的数据传递的实施技术。所开发的主轴智能设计系统已在数控机床企业进行了应用验证,取得了较好的应用效果,表明本文提出的方法能够有效支持在多软件环境下主轴系统的智能化设计开发工作。
The design of the numerical control machine tool spindle needs the multi-software collaborative modeling and intelligent decision-making,analysis and simulation,an intelligent spindle design(ISD) system that consists of a user-customized module,an intelligent decision-making module for the transmission configuration,an optimization design module and a design resource center was constructed.A method for the multi-software collaborative modeling,data exchanging and sharing among Solid Edge,ADAMS,ANSYS and the ISD system was proposed and realized.The implement technique for the data exchanging among the 3-D CAD modeling system,the finite element analysis system and the rigid-flexible coupling system was also discussed.The developed ISD system has been put into use,and good results achieved,which demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively support the ISD system in the multi-software environment.
