类细菌样念珠菌变异株对普通抗细菌药物敏感性观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解念珠菌发生类细菌样变异前后对普通抗细菌药物的敏感性是否发生了改变。方法采用常规MH药敏试验方法,观察ATCCl0231白色念珠菌标准菌株和其自发变异后得到的类细菌样念珠菌变异株,9002.9白色念珠菌标准菌株及其经抗真菌药物诱导形成的类细菌样念珠菌变异株,临床分离的类细菌样念珠菌变异株及变异株返祖后得到的念珠菌株,共11株菌对普通抗细菌药物头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢西丁、亚胺培南、环丙沙星、红霉素、万古霉素、庆大霉素、氯霉素、四环素的敏感性。结果两株白色念珠菌标准菌株、临床分离类细菌样变异株返祖后的念珠菌株对普通抗细菌药物无抑菌圈;而不同条件下得到的类细菌样念珠菌变异株则对以上普通抗细菌药物有一定的敏感性。结论白色念珠菌发生类细菌样变异后,对普通抗细菌药物的敏感性发生了改变,变异前对普通抗细菌药物不敏感,但发生类细茼样变异后对普通抗菌药物均有一定的敏感性,其抗菌谱与普通细菌基本一致。 Objective The objective is identifying the difference in the sensitivity of the bacteria-like Candida,before and after mutation. Methods Using a routine MH antibiotic sensitivity test, 11 strains of Candida acquired from clinical isolating including: ATCC 10231 Candida albicans, 9002.9 Candida alln'cans and their mutated strains cultured from anti-fungi medicine, as well as bacteria-like Candida strains that underwent mutations before mutating back to Candida, Regular an- tibiotics eefoperazone/sulbaetam, cefoxitin, imipenem, ciproflaxaein, erythromycin, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, tetracy- cline were used. Results Two standard strains of Candida albicans,and clinical isolates of bacteria-like mutant strains of Candida after ataristie antibiotic sensitivity testing,were inhibition free. However,the test results showed that the mutated bacteria-like Candida were sensitive to the above aforementioned antibiotics. Conclusion After Candida albieans mutate into bacteria-like strains,it's antibiotic resistance changes. Candida albicans are normally resistant to regular antibiotics, but their mutated strains are sensitive to regular antibiotics,in addition, their antibacterial spectrum is nearly the same as common bacteria.
