摘要
本文介绍一种薄层分离-斑点洗脱-比色测定胆汁中胆固醇的方法。玻板铺硅胶G;展开剂异辛烷:醋酸乙酯为2:1(V/V)。胆固醇Rf值0.52,展开后取下胆固醇斑点,比色测定。本法样品用量少,准确度高。
A method of thin-layer chromatolraphy for analyzing cholesterol in bile is reported. The plates are prepared from Kieselgel G.developed solvent system: Isooctane 2 parts, Ethy l acetate 1 part (by volume) . After separation cholesterol spot Rf value is 0.52. This method is exact and practical.
