摘要
本文调查结果反映出所调查的汉族组老人摄入食物的种类与大多数食物的摄入量都明显高于维吾尔族组老人,但汉族组老人碳水化合物摄入量偏低,脂肪摄入量偏高,总热能摄入量高于供给量标准;维吾尔族组老人的膳食特点是谷类食物摄入量较多,动物性食品较少,调查期间未摄入豆类食品,食品种类比较单调。
An investigation was conducted for the 168 older adults who have been selected from, the Han Nationality and the Uygur Nationality. The comparative results indicate that the kinds of food and the quanlities of the most food consumed by the Uygur Nationality group are with lower levels than the Han Nationality group. The Han Nationality group, however, intakes more total calorie, more fat, and less carbohydrate than the Uygur Nationality group. The dietary characteristics in the Uygur Nationality group are food monotonic, grains over, meat rare, and no beans, no fish.
