糖尿病患者血清过氧化脂质及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶的研究

摘要 对109例正常人、39例糖尿病人红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及血清丙二醛(MDA)水平测定,发现正常人MDA水平随年龄增加渐升高;SOD活性随年龄增加逐步下降,两者呈负相关。糖尿病人MDA水平明显高于同年龄正常人,与空腹血糖、甘油三酯及糖尿病血管并发症呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关。糖尿病人SOD比同龄正常人约升高10~15%,与空腹血糖呈正相关。上述结果说明MDA及SOD的升高是糖尿病人的两个重要特征。 We determined Iipidperoxidein serum and superoxide dismutasein RBC from 39 cases of diabetes mellitus and 109 cases of normal,The results of normal subjects indicated that MDA increased and SOD decreased follow age. Both appeared in negative relevance. MDA in diabetes meIlitus was higher than every normal groups of same age. MDA were in positive relevance with blood sugar (on empty fast stomach) , triglyceride and the diabetic vascular diseases.MDA are in negative relevance with HDL. The SOD activity were increased 10-15% than normal subjects and it appeared in positive relevance with blood sugar on empty fast stomach. From above results it indieatedthat both SOD and MDA inerease are two important characteristics of diabetes mellitus.
