摘要
本文对E_(15)大鼠胎脑皮质移植物中的胶质细胞进行了系列观察。发现移植物胶质细胞于移植后7天时处于低分化状态,移植后15天星形胶质细胞已经成熟,移植后21天可见典型的星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞;并对PTAH法的胶质细8包染色进行了评价。
We ebserved gtial cells in a series of E_(15) fetal cerebral cortex grafts at different time after transplantation, We discovered that glial ceils of grafts were in low state of differentiation by the 7 th day, astroeytes were in maturing state by 15th day, so typical astroeytes can be seen, but oligodroeytes presented by 21st day, We evaluted the character of PTAH method for staining graft cells.
