炭/铁磁体复合材料红外干扰性能 被引量:7

IR interference performance of carbon/ferromagnet composite materials

摘要 制备了纳米炭球、炭/铁磁体和炭基/铁磁体的红外烟幕材料,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪的KBr压片法测试了其在波长2.5~25μm区间的红外透过率,根据朗伯-比尔定律计算了质量消光系数。结果表明:与传统的乙炔黑等炭质红外衰减材料相比,纳米炭球的红外消光性能优异,在2.5~11.95μm波段的质量消光系数均大于0.3 m2/g。在2.5~14μm波段,炭/镍铁氧体/镍铁合金的最大质量消光系数最大,炭/钴铁磁体次之;炭/镍铁氧体/镍铁合金在8~14μm的远红外波段最大消光系数达到1.10 m2/g,远远超过了活性炭的0.31 m2/g和炭球的0.52 m2/g。炭/钴铁磁体在2.5~14μm波段的最大消光系数达到1.27 m2/g,平均消光系数达到0.9 m2/g。炭基/锌铁磁体在2.5~7.5μm波段的质量消光系数全部超过0.6 m2/g,最大消光系数达到0.9 m2/g。 Infrared smoke interference material was an effective means of passive optical interference Nanocarbon balls, carbon/ferromagnetic composite and carbon-based/ferromagnetic composite as infrared smoke materials were prepared. Infrared spectrums were tested by using infrared spectropbotometer (KBr pellets) in the range of 2.5-25 μm while the extinction coefficients were calculated by using Lambert- Beer law. Compared with the traditional infrared smoke materials, carbon/ferromagnetic composite shows outstanding extinction performance, however, the composition doped with different transition metals exhibits varied properties. The extinction coefficient of carbon/nickel ferrite/nickel-iron magnets is up to f.10 m^2/g in the range of 8-14 μm which is far more than that of activated carbon 0.31 m^2/g and nanocarbon balls 0.52 m^2/g. Carbon-based/cobalt ferromagnet composite also reveals enviable extinction property from 2.5 μm to 14 μm. The maximum extinction coefficient is 1.27 m^2/g with the average extinction coefficient 0.9 m^2/g, The extinction coefficient of carbon/zinc ferromagnet composite in the range of 2.5-7,5 txm entirely exceeds 0.6 m^2/g with the maximum extinction coefficient 0.9 m^2/g.
