下送风通信机柜发热量改变对其出风温度的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Heat Change on Outlet Temperature in Communication Cabinet with Downside Air Supply

摘要 根据空调精确下送风的原理,建立了精确下送风单机柜实验台,并通过3个工况的实验分析了机柜发热量改变对其出风温度的影响,实验结果表明:减小机柜的发热量,则机柜的出风温度随之减小,当标准机柜发热量从4995W减小到3004W时,机柜出风侧的最高温度由34.8℃减小至26.7℃,通信设备出风口的温度由39.5℃减小至31.4℃。因此,安装通信设备时,应根据最大出风温度限值要求确定标准机柜的最佳装机容量。 According to the principle of accurate downside air supply,an experimental platform of single communication cabinet was established,and under three experimental conditions the influence of heat change on outlet temperature in cabinet was analyzed.The results showed that: The outlet temperature decreased as the heat decreased in the cabinet.When the heat of the standard cabinet decreased from 4995W to 3004W,the maximal outlet temperature of the cabinet decreased from 34.8℃to 26.7℃,and the maximal outlet temperature of the communication device decreased from 39.5℃ to 31.4℃.Therefore,the best installed capacity of the standard cabinet based on the limits of maximal outlet temperature in communication device installation.
