双等效斜楔型静态傅里叶变换干涉具 被引量:3

摘要 为了在传统静态傅里叶变换干涉具原有尺寸的条件下提高光谱分辨率,通过双等效斜楔的设计来增加干涉具的有效光程差。在推导分析了传统静态傅里叶变换干涉具和双等效斜楔型静态傅里叶变换干涉具光程差函数的基础上,进一步推导出了切除干涉具边缘畸变干涉条纹长度的计算公式。经仿真计算得知,双等效斜楔型静态傅里叶变换干涉具光程差的理论最大值是同等尺寸传统静态傅里叶变换干涉具的4倍,即相应地其光谱分辨率提高了3倍,并对理论和实际结果存在的差异进行了原因分析。结果表明:双等效斜楔型傅里叶变换干涉具的设计对提高传统静态干涉具的光谱分辨率是十分有效的。 In order to improve the spectral resolution on condition of intrinsic dimension of the traditional static Fourier transform interferometer, the effective optical path difference of the interferometer was increased by the design of the double-equivalent wedge. Based on the derivation and analysis on optical path difference between traditional static Fourier transform interferometer and double-equivalent wedge static Fourier transform interferometer, the formula to remove the distortion interference fringes length of the edge of interferometer was presented. Through the simulation and maximum optical path difference (MOPD) of double-equivalent calculation, it was known that the wedge static Fourier transform interferometer was 3 times higher than that of the same size of traditional static Fourier transform interferometer. It means that the spectral resolution is improved by 3 times, and the reason which brings the differences between theory and actual result was analyzed. The result indicates that the design of double-equivalent wedge static Fourier transform interferometer is very effective on improving the spectral resolution of traditional static Fourier transform interferometer.
