摘要
本文总结了甘草酸铵对用人IgG免疫BALB/c小鼠脾淋巴细胞在体外抗体合成的影响。将甘草酸铵加入淋巴细胞培养物中,分别于24h、48h、72h后,用ELISA方法检测上清液中抗体生成量。结果表明,不同浓度甘草酸铵(1×10^(-7)mg~1×10^(-1)mg/ml)均可明显地抑制淋巴细胞抗体的合成,尤其以第三天最为显著。此结果提示,甘草酸铵具有调节机体免疫功能的作用。
This paper summarizes the data related to the effect of Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate on antibody synthesis in vitro. Spleen lymphocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with human IgG were used in this experiment Ammonium Glyeyrrhizinate was added to the lymphocytic cultures on day 0, ELISA was used to determine the supernatants from the production of antibody on day 1, 2and3. It was apparent on day 3 that different densities of the drugs (1×10^(-7)—1×10^(-1)mg/ml) were able to suppress directly lymphocytes antibody synthesis. This suggests that Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate is able to influence immune regulated function of human being.
