As_2O_3急性染毒小白鼠的心电图改变及肠系膜微血管对肾上腺素的反应

摘要 本实验从研究砷中毒动物的心血管方面的改变着手,探讨砷对心肌和微循环的危害性。实验结果表明,急性砷中毒的小白鼠心电图常显示有房室传导阻滞、心肌缺血及急性心肌损伤等异常变化。提示砷对心肌的损害是急性砷中毒的主要表现之一,也是引起动物死亡的重要原因之一。另外,在心电图监护下观察了动物肠系膜微细功静脉对去甲肾上隙素(以下简称NE)的反应。结果,中毒组与对照组小白鼠肠系膜微细血管对NE的收缩效应无显著差异(P>0.05),提示急性砷中毒小白鼠肠系膜微血管平滑肌膜上的肾上腺素能α受体蛋白无明显变性。 This experiment is an approach to the damage of the animals by arsenism on heart and microcirculation. The results showed that electrocardiogram (ECG) of the mice by acute arsenism revealed to have auriculo-ventricular block (AVB), my cardial ischemia and acute myocardial infarction and so on. This is one of the main symptoms that arsenic trioxide (As_2O_3) damages heart muscle and is also one of the' causes which result death of animals. In addition, we simultaneously observed the reaction of mesenteric fine arterioles and venules of the animals by acute arsenism to noradrenaline (NE). Our results are taut both the experimental group,and control group have the same contractive effects of mesenteric microvessels to NE (P>0.05), and these odservations suggest that the adrenergic 'α' receptor protein in the smooth muscle of the blood vessels doesn't have odvious degeneration.
