摘要
对成熟芒果台农、红6、金煌3个品种的果皮甲醇提取液的抗氧化能力进行研究,并分析讨论3种提取液的DPPH清除能力和总还原能力。结果表明,3种提取液的DPPH清除能力和总还原能力与溶液浓度均呈量效关系。成熟台农果皮的DPPH清除能力和总还原能力最高,其总酚含量也是最高,而金煌的各项测试指标均最低。进一步的实验表明,3种提取液的DPPH清除能力和总还原能力存在相协关系,两者在一定程度上都依赖于溶液中总酚的含量。
The antioxidant activities of mature mango peel extracts of Tainung,Zill and Chuanghang were investigated in this paper.The DPPH radical-scavenging activity and reducing power were discussed in detail.Results showed that DPPH radical-scavenging activity and reducing power increased with the increase of solution concentration of extracts.Among the peels,Tainung possessed the highest DPPH radical-scavenging activity and reducing power and total phenol content,while the indices of Chuanghang were the lowest of the three cultivars.Further investigation suggested that the DPPH radical-scavenging activities were in concomitant with the development of the reducing power,and the total antioxidant activities depended on the content of total phenol in the solution for all cultivars.
