透明、规范、求实--管窥美国课题申请的路径被引量：2

摘要美国高校在对教师的考评机制中将科研活动放在很重要的位置,要很好地完成科研任务,就要申请研究课题,其课题申请程序中有很多规则对于规范我国的科研活动有参考借鉴意义。本文主要就美国申请科研经费的相关程序作些说明,同时提出有必要进行中外学术合作,推动中国学术发展。
