It was an important topic of how to solve the contradiction of present stage public growing demand with the insufficient social public services, as soon as our country reforms entered the new historical period. As the practitioner and pacemaker in the national public services even equalization, Chongqing had already obtained the first fruits in the institutional innovations aspect. Specially now when our countriesj infinitely labor supplies had changed quietly, it had great significance in retaining long-term economic growth and social prosperity for Chongqing by good public services even equalization policy to attracts and detains the talented people.
