摘要
扭矩扳手检定时的扭矩加载、卸载采用松下A4系列伺服驱动控制,控制方式要求自动、手动和手摇脉冲三种形式,设计与手摇脉冲发生器相同的正交脉冲,对控制方式的转换和参数调整较为重要,采用以AT89C51和74HC257数据选择器等器件构成硬件电路,软件控制产生正交脉冲,实现扭矩鉴定时的控制要求,经过在"基于多传感器自动切换技术的全量程扭矩自动检测技术研究"项目中的应用证明,这一设计方便灵活、稳定可靠、简单实用。
This system realizes loading and unloading control of torque spanner testing based on the control mode of Matsushita A4 servo driver, and it has manual operation, automatic control and hand-operated pulse control mode for user's choice. Quadrate pulse that is the same as hand-operated pulse will be crucial to converted control mode and parameter adjusting. The hardware circuit made up of AT89C51,74HC257 data selector, etc. Quadrate pulse is done by software, and to meet the needs of the torque verifying in the control process. Through the practical application in Study of Torque Automatic Measurement Technology with Full Range Based on Automatic Switching Technology of Multi-Sensor project, the design is proved convenient, flexible, steady, simple and practical.
