基于提升小波变换的容栅传感器输出信号降噪 被引量:12

摘要 为了解决容栅传感器在测量转轴转速中的噪声抑制问题,在讨论容栅传感器测量转轴转速和提升小波变换基本原理的基础上,分别应用传统小波法和提升小波法对仿真信号和实测信号进行了降噪处理。结果表明,使用提升db5小波法对其进行软阈值降噪处理后能对容栅传感器的转速输出信号进行较准确的数值分析。已成功应用于容栅传感器的转速和扭矩测试,并取得了满意的效果,此方法还可推广应用于各种精密仪器的输出信号检测中。 To solve the problem of noise reduction in measuring the shaft's rotating speed of capacitive bars sensor,the simulated signal and the measured signal were denoised by traditional method and lifting wavelet method respectively based on the principle of measuring the shaft's rotating speed of capacitive bars sensor and lifting wavelet transformation that had been given.The results show that effect of denoise rotating speed signal using soft threshold by lifting wavelet of db5 is good,and analysis of the denoised signal can be carried out accurately.Denoising effect for the torque and rotating speed measuring of shaft in use for capacitive bars sensor is very good,and this method for noise reduction also can be used extendly in signal detection of various precision instruments.
