车载低压电源管理系统的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了节约整车燃油消耗量,延长电池和车载用电器,研究了车载低压电源管理系统。分析了车载低电压电源管理系统的结构组成,从硬件和软件两个方面进行研究。根据车载低压电源的使用工况,设计了基于分流器的负载端电流采样电路和发电机控制电路。提出了采用扩展Kalman滤波算法回归计算初始点的SOC算法;基于SOC窗口,提出了车载低压电源管理系统的四种工作模式。实验结果表明,本文提出的SOC算法具有很好的鲁棒性,计算误差可控制在4%以内,提出的车载电压电源管理模式可以根据外界负载的需求优化发电机的输出电压,控制蓄电池的充放电电流,节约整车油耗,道路实验表明,加装车载低压电源管理系统后,整车油耗可节约2.6%。
