高职院校教师行业职业能力提升对策研究

On the Upgrade of Teachers Professional Ability in Higher Vocational Schools

教师的行业职业能力是教师职业能力的核心组成部分,也是高职教育人才培养的关键,直接影响到高职教育整体目标的实现。本文在对职业能力内涵解析的基础上,对高职教师的职业能力构成进行了分析,进而论证了行业职业能力在其构架中的重要性,最后提出了一套对行业职业能力培养提升的有效对策。

Teachers＇ professional ability,a core component of teachers’ capabilities,is vital to the training of vocational talents,which will determine the realization of the overall goals of higher vocational education.This paper,based on its analysis of the implications and the components of teachers’ occupational competence,puts forward effective countermeasures to upgrade teachers’ essential professional abilities.
