高职院校学生特殊群体“四助”帮扶体系研究

An Aiding System for Special Groups of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文通过对当前高职学生特殊群体帮扶中存在的问题进行先期的调查,分析当前高校特殊群体对和谐校园建设的影响程度,从基于和谐校园建设的角度,针对性地提出了"资助、智助、志助、自助"四位一体帮扶体系。高职院校应建立"资助、智助、志助、自助"四位一体帮扶体系,从根本上提高高职院校学生特殊群体职业能力,为他们健康成长和全面发展创造条件。

The research,based on the survey of problems with the aiding system for the special groups of vocational students,tries to demonstrate its impacts on building a harmonious campus and accordingly consider a fresh system in terms of fund,study,will and self-help.Higher vocational institutions should establish this four-sided mechanism to help the special students groups develop in a healthy and overall way for future employment.
