An Exploration of College Students’ Aptitudes in Disciplinary Contests

目前,大部分学科竞赛的运作管理机制很不完善,导致了学科竞赛没有发挥其应有的作用。因此引入系统的学科竞赛管理体系显得非常必要。本文结合管理学中组织、领导、激励等相关原理,考虑高校学科竞赛实际情况,探索性的提出了一套集组织机制、激励机制、竞争机制、约束机制于一体的管理体系模式。

Currently,problems exist with the management of disciplinary contests that distract the decent intention of the competition.The writer,thus,tries to explore a comprehensive mechanism to integrate organization,stimulation,competition and restriction based on the management principles of organizing,leading,encouraging,in an effort to establish a perfect and effective contest management system.
