由工作表征看高校就业指导工作思路的转换

Upon the Career Guidance for the Perspective of Graduates’Social Representations of Work

本文运用社会表征理论的研究方法,通过对某高校2010届毕业生工作表征的调查分析,发现高校毕业生在工作社会表征的建构中,不仅包含有工作具有的直、间接属性,还包括求职、对工作状态的设想以及对工作的价值诉求等不同的维度,从而为就业指导工作的有效开展提供新的思路。

This paper,based on the social representation theory,aims to approach a proper shift of employment direction by studying 2010 session of graduates’ concepts of work.It finds that graduates’ construction of the social representation of work involves such dimensions as direct and indirect occupational properties,job-seeking,working conditions and value of the work,therefore suggesting a new access to job-seeking guidance.
