某办公建筑空调系统节能改造方案探讨

摘要 本文主要介绍某既有办公建筑空调系统节能改造方案的比选。首先,根据该建筑的使用特点,提出几种不同的空调系统改造方案,通过对方案进行全生命周期成本估算及舒适度的评价,最终确定与不同区域相适应的空调系统方案;其次,在设计中充分考虑未来运行管理中的节能需求,提出对空调末端系统中风阀、水阀以及风机盘管等集中控制,以实现对空调末端系统按需启闭,避免能源的浪费;最后,提出几点既有建筑空调系统节能改造方案选择的建议,为类似工程提供一定的参考。 This paper mainly introduces the energy saving reconstruction schemes of the air conditioning system for an existing office building. According to the construction characteristics, it puts forward some different reform scheme of the air conditioning system, the scheme of life cycle cost estimation, as well as for the evaluation of comfort, ultimately determine the different areas and is adapted to air conditioning system. Secondly, in the design fully consider the future operation management of energy demand, put forward to the end of air conditioner system stroke valve, water valves and fan coil central control, in order to achieve air-conditioning system according to the needs of opening and closing, avoid the waste of energy. Finally proposes several existing building air conditioning system energy saving transformation scheme selection recommendations, provides some reference for similar projects.
