通过查阅文献,整理目前国内对痉挛性脑瘫的主要治疗方法,结合我院临床实际应用,归纳总结,探讨治疗痉挛性脑瘫的方法。治疗痉挛性脑瘫常使用中医的针灸、按摩、中药药浴、中医穴位注射与西医的药物治疗、手术治疗和康复训练等多种手段相结合的综合治疗方法,且要尽早治疗,中药药浴(水药热浴疗法)治疗痉挛性脑瘫可明显降低患儿肌张力,改善关节活动度,有推广价值。

To explore the therapies for the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy through reviewing literature and summarizing the main current domestic therapies for the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy combined with the practical application in our hospital. Conventional Chinese medicine therapies for the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy including acupuncture, massage, Chinese medicine bath and point injection were combined with Western medicine therapies including drug therapy, surgical therapy, rehabilitation training and other means to form a comprehensive therapy. Early treatment is important. Chinese medicine bath （hot water medicine bath therapy） can significantly reduce muscle tension and improve range of motion of the pediatric patients in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy. The thereby is worthy of promotion.
