曲唑酮治疗失眠症52例疗效分析

The curative effect study of Trazodone in treatment of 52 patients with insomnia

目的:探讨曲唑酮治疗失眠症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:用曲唑酮治疗52例失眠症患者,每晚睡前顿服曲唑酮25～150 mg/d,治疗4周后采用PSQI和TESS量表评定其疗效和安全性。结果:治疗后总有效率为88.46%,PSQI评分明显低于疗前(P<0.05),而治疗第2周TESS明显降低(P<0.05),第3、4周末TESS与第2周末比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。曲唑酮的不良反应主要有轻至中度的头昏、困倦等。结论:曲唑酮用于治疗失眠症疗效肯定,副作用少,值得进一步研究和推广。

Objective： To observe the efficiency and security of Trazodone in treatment of the insomnia. Methods： 52 patients with the insomnia were were treated with Trazodone, 25-150 mg every evening for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and side-effects were assessed with PSQI and TESS. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate was 88.46%. The PSQI factorial scores were lower than before （P〈0.05）,the TESS decreased in the second week of treatment （P〈0.05）, the TESS of the third and forth week of treatment had no difference with the sceond week （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of Trazodone was mild, for example dizziness, drowsiness, et al. Conclusion： Trazodone is effective in treatment of the insomnia and the side effects was fewer and it is worthy of clinical application.
