133例中药注射剂不良反应报告分析

Analysis and prevention of adverse drug reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

目的:了解中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,为临床合理用药提供参考,降低中药注射剂ADR发生率。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2007～2009年收集的133例中药注射剂ADR报告进行统计分析。结果:中药注射剂的ADR呈多发性,临床表现多样,个体差异、临床使用不规范等原因均可导致ADR的发生。结论:应加强中药注射剂生产和临床使用规范管理,重视中药注射剂ADR监测工作,确保临床用药安全、有效。

Objective： To provide a reference for the clinical use of drugs and reduces the incidence of adverse drug reaction （ADR） of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection （TCMI） by analyzing the characteristics and patterns of ADR of TCMI. Methods： To analyze the ADR reports of 133 cases of TCMI which were gathered during 2007-2009 retrospectively and statically. Results： The ADR of TCMI and the clinical appearance were both diverse. Individual differences and clinical abuse all could cause ADR. Conclusion： The management of production of TCMI and clinicaluse should be improved. The supervision of ADR of TCMI should be paid much attention to make sure the safety and availability of clinical use.
