奎屯地区改水后原中毒患者有关脏器生化指标的测定

Determination of Biochemical Function of Organs in Original Patients of Fluorosis and Arseniasis at High F,As Region in Xin Jiang after Changing Water to Health Criteria

本文对新疆奎屯高氟高砷区防治改水两年后原氟砷中毒患者进行了血液十项生化指标的抽样测定,并与正常对照区健康成人血液的相应指标进行了比较。结果说明防治改水两年后,原中毒患者心、肝、肾的生化功能基本正常。氟对原中毒患者骨骼及骨髓造血功能的影响尚未完全消除;原中毒患者 T_3、T_4有升高趋势。

Ten biochemical components were determined in blood from original patients of fluorosis and arseniasis at high F,As region in KuiTun,Xinjing where water was changed to health criteria two year ago,and com- pared With healthy adults in normal regions.The results show that original patients have normal biochemical function of heart,liver,kidney now,but effects of fluorine on bone and function of manufacturing blood of bone marrow are not removed completely.There is an ascending tendency about T_3 and T_4 contents in blood from original patients.
