摘要
通过介绍军船入级概念的发展,欧美国家军船入级现状以及国内军代表制度,分析了国内军船和入级民船管理的异同,以及入级对我国军用船舶管理的实际意义,并提出了几点建议,为我国军船入级工作提供参考。
By introducing mainly the conception of naval ships classification,it＇s development and changes recently in America and European countries,the benefits are discussed which can take to our management of naval ships.According to the difference between system of military representatives and classification societies,some attempted advices are given to help our work now.
