声触诊组织量化超声技术无创评价肝纤维化的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究声触诊组织量化技术评价肝纤维化的应用价值,使用西门子(ACUSON S 2000)超声成像系统的声触诊组织量化技术检测158例受检者(病理证实的无肝硬化的乙肝患者68例,肝硬化患者40例及正常对照组50例)肝右叶的横向剪切波速,结果显示:3组受检者的肝右叶感兴趣区横向剪切波速经统计学检验F值为4.83,各组之间比较有显著差异(P<0.05),随着慢性肝病程度的加重,横向剪切波速增加,两者有一定相关性,表明声触诊组织量化技术可无创反映肝组织的弹性硬度,间接评估肝纤维化,具有潜在的临床应用价值。 To research the value of virtual tough tissues quantification(VTQ) technique in the noninvasive prediction of chronic liver fibrosis. A Siemens(ACUSON S 2000) ultrasound machine with VTQ technique was used to examine the right lobe of liver in 158 cases(including 68 cases hepatitis B virus carrier without liver cirrhosis pathologically,40 cases pathologically confirmed liver cirrhosis and 50 cases healthy people without any history of liver diseases). The results are that three groups of subjects in the right lobe of transverse shear wave velocity region of interest statistical test F= 4.83, the parameter of VTQ was significantly different in normal controls,chronic liver disease and cirrhosis groups (P 〈0.05) and the parameter detected in the right lobe of liver increased along with the degree of liver fibrosis. VTQ technique reflects the stiffness of the liver noninvasively, which is potentially valuable in predicting liver fibrosis clinically.
