重度子痫前期子痫对母婴影响40例临床分析

目的通过分析重度子痫前期子痫并发多系统疾病的防治结果,探讨其对母婴预后的影响。方法回顾性分析自2009年3月～2010年5月收治的40例重度子痫前期病例的临床资料,给予其包括解痉、降压、镇静等为主的治疗,将其作为观察组,另随机选取同期100例健康孕妇作为对照组,比较两组孕妇围产儿的死亡、窘迫、窒息、早产率以及产后出血率等结果,并进行统计学分析。结果两组孕妇在并发症如心衰、肾功能损害、产后出血、胎盘早剥、低蛋白血症和HELLP综合征发生率比较发现,观察组明显高于对照组其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组围产儿预后情况比较发现,观察组预后明显较差其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度子痫前期母婴病死率较高,其并发症的发生率及严重程度均较高,早期采取有效的预防及治疗措施能够明显降低重度子痫前期子痫的发生,有助于改善母儿结局,降低孕产妇、围产儿的发病率及死亡率。

Objective Through the analysis of severe preeclampsia with preeclampsia more disease prevention system, this paper discusses the results to the influence of maternal and infant prognosis. Methods Retrospective analysis from March 2009 to May 2010 records of 40 cases of severe preeclampsia, the clinical data of cases, gives its including spasmolysis, step-down, calm which mainly treatment, its as research group, the other 100 cases were randomly selected from healthy pregnant women as control group, compare two sets of pregnant women perinatal infants dead, and death, and distress, asphyxia, premature birth rate and the bleeding after delivery rate, and the statistical analysis of the results. Results Two groups of pregnant women in the complications such as heart failure, kidney damage, the bleeding after delivery, abruption, hypoalbuminemia and HELLP syndrome incidence comparison, obviously higher than those in the control group the observation group a statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05）, two groups of perinatal infants dead prognosis is found, the observation group significantly better than the difference between poor prognosis are statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Severe preeclampsia, the maternal and infant mortality is higher the incidence of complications and serious degree were higher, early take effective prevention and treatment measures can obviously reduce the severe preeclampsia, the occurrence of preeclampsia, help to improve the mother son, reduce the maternal, ending the morbidity and mortality of perinatal infants dead.
