封闭负压引流技术(VSD)在骨科术后感染中的疗效 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨持续封闭负压引流技术在骨科术后感染控制中的临床疗效。方法设置试验组与对照组,试验组对42例骨科手术术后感染者清创后实施VSD引流;对照组实施常规换药引流。5周后对不同组别患者创面的愈合程度及愈合时间进行对比。结果试验组创面愈合率(88.1%)高于对照组(68.4%),试验组的愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论封闭负压引流技术较常规换药引流能更好的清除创面,控制感染,具备较好的临床疗效。
