摘要心肌致密化不全（noncompaction of ventricular myocardium，NVM）是一种罕见的先天性心室肌发育不全性心肌病，有家族发病倾向，其临床症状无特异性，临床表现主要有心力衰竭、心律失常、体循环栓塞。有些患者出生即发病，有些患者直到中年才出现症状或终身没有症状，很容易被误诊。如何早期识别NVM应当引起临床医生的关注。
