白龙港污水处理厂升级改造水质达标难度分析 被引量:3

摘要 上海市白龙港污水处理厂经升级改造和扩建后,以多模式A^2/O生物处理为主体(设计规模140万m^3/d),一级强化处理为辅(设计规模60万m^3/d),现状出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)二级标准。目前,白龙港污水处理厂可能将再次面临升级改造,出水提标至一级B标准。统计分析了污水处理厂稳定运行期间的进、出水水量和水质变化数据,研究该厂水量和水质的分布特征,分析了提标改造的水质达标难度及主要影响因素,并提出了相应的技术和工艺改造建议,以期为升级改造工程设计提供参考。 After the upgrading reconstruction and expansion project, Shanghai Bailonggang Wastewater Treatment Plant set up a design model, which included a prime model with 1 400 000 m^3/d A^2/O process and a assistant model with 600 000 m^3/d first- grade enhanced treatment. The current effluent could meet the second class of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918-2002). Now Bailonggang wastewater treatment plant may be facing the upgrading and the discharge standard will be improved to the first class B. Statistical analysis on the quality and quantity variances of the influent and effluent in the stable operation of the wastewater treatment plant was carried to study the distribution characteristics of water quality and quantity. The difficulties to meet the standards and main influencing factors were analyzed, and the correlated technology and process modification suggests were also brought forward, which would offer references for upgrading reconstruction project.
