摘要
把企业社会责任内部结构维度分为政府责任、员工责任、顾客责任、环境责任和慈善责任五个方面,探索各维度社会责任对企业价值的影响差异,研究发现企业社会责任的五个维度中,顾客责任和环境责任对企业价值有正向影响,慈善责任对企业价值具有负面影响,员工责任和政府责任对企业价值没有显著影响。研究说明社会责任各维度对企业价值的影响具有差异性,因而整体社会责任与企业价值的相关性应该是状态依存的。
This paper divides the internal structural dimensions of corporate social responsibility into five aspects: responsibility to government,responsibility to staff,responsibility to customers,responsibility to the environment and responsibility to charity.Differences in their effect on corporate value are explored.It is found that responsibility to customers and to the environment have a positive effect,responsibility to charity a negative one,and responsibility to staff and to government no significant effect.The five dimensions have different impact on corporate value.Therefore,the correlation between overall social responsibility and corporate value should be state-contingent.
