城市化背景下的雨洪管理途径--基于低影响发展的视角 被引量:25

On the stormwater management ways in the context of urbanization from the point of view of low impact development

摘要 基于城市对雨洪管理的需求,综述了低影响发展的发展历程、设计理念、技术手段等与其相关的各个方面,并对典型案例进行了描述,旨在让低影响发展这种可持续的雨洪管理途径能够被更广泛地理解、接受和应用,以实现城市化过程中生态效益、经济效益、社会效益三者的共同发展。 Based on the urgent requirement for storm water management, the history, design philosophies and techniques of LID are summarized, and then a famous LID site design is cited as case study with purpose of more widely understanding, accepting and applying LID concepts which help realize ecological, economic and social benefits in urbanization process.
