目的:在确保静脉尿路造影影像质量的情况下,降低患者的辐射剂量。材料与方法:133例行静脉尿路造影检查的患者,记录从注射对比剂后,肾盂、肾盏充盈良好所需的时间和常规摄片时间对比。结果:不同患者,不同检查目的肾盂、肾盏充盈良好所需的时间各不相同。传统方法中定时摄片,摄片数量多,增加了患者的辐射剂量。结论:合理选择曝光时间,减少曝光次数。

Purpose： To ensure the quality of IVP, reduce the radiation dose patients. Conclusion： Reasonable choice exposure time, reduce exposare time is reduced, the patient＇s radiation dose.
