CT Findings of Cystic Lymphangioma

目的:探讨淋巴管瘤(lymphangioma,LA)的CT诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析7例经病理证实的LA的CT表现。结果:7例中肠系膜2例,腹膜后3例,右侧颈部2例,表现为跨区、沿组织间隙适形性生长的囊袋状病灶,壁薄、光滑,囊及囊壁无明显强化。1例见肠系膜血管征伴周缘多发滋养血管。结论:CT对LA的诊断具有重要价值,联合应用有助于提高其诊断准确性。

Purpose： To evaluate CT diagnostic value of the Cystic lymphangioma （ LA ）. Materials and Methods： CT findings of 7 cases of the Cystic lymphangioma proved by pathology were analyzed retrospective ly. Results： 7 ca- ses, the 2 cases w ere located at mesenteric and 3 cases at retroperitonea, and 2 cases at right neck . All the lesions growed a long the tissue spaces, shaped like capsules, thin walled, smooth, and the capsule wall had no significant enhancement. One cases of mesentery enhancement sign with muhiple per ipheral vascular nourishment. Conclusion ： CT was very useful in diagnosing Cystic lymphangioma, the combination were helpful for improving the accuracy of diagnosis.
