改性二醋酸纤维丝束对卷烟保润性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 在纺丝油剂段中添加天然保润剂、壳聚糖和PDS保润剂,制得改性二醋酸纤维丝束。通过对改性二醋酸纤维丝束在不同温度、湿度和时间条件下失水率变化情况的分析,发现其失水率变化情况依次为壳聚糖>对照>天然保润剂>PDS保润剂;同时,通过卷烟感官评吸和常规烟气检测,发现改性二醋酸纤维丝束的感官保润效果与其含水率变化情况相一致,且壳聚糖改性二醋酸纤维丝束能提高卷烟主流烟气水分含量达10.9%。 The diacetate tow was modified in spinning oil section to investigate its effects on the hydmseopicity of cigarettes, in which a kind of natural humectant, chitosan and a PDS humectant was added, respectively. The pattern of water loss rate at different temperature, humidity and duration of the obtained modified tow was conducted, and it is found that chitosan-modified tow ranks at the first place for its water loss rate, followed orderly by control group, the natural humectant and the PDS humectant. According to the results of cigarette taste quality and conventional smoke components analysis, it was concluded that the effectiveness of sensory moisture retention is consistent with moisture content of the modified tow, and the moisture content of cigarette mainstream smoke rises about 10.9% by chitosan-modified tow.
