对外汉语教学中的语料编选原则

Principles of Material Selection in TCSL

为学习者编选合适的语言学习材料是语言教师的重要工作之一。编选语料需要遵循一系列的原则。对不同原则之间的关系,文献中讨论得不是很多。本文提出了一个语料编选的原则体系。在这一体系中,原则首先分为个别原则和普遍原则,普遍原则又分为核心原则和辅助原则。适度性和多样性是语料编选的核心原则,知识性、趣味性和真实性等,则是辅助原则。

It is widely accepted that selecting appropriate materials for second language learners is an important part of language teachers＇ daily work, and the selection must be based on a series of principles. However, there is a paucity of research on the relationship between different types of selection principles. The author proposes a principle hierarchy where selection principles are firstly classified into two types ： local principles, and universal principles which consist of two sub-types of principles, i.e. core principles and supplementary principles. Appropriateness and variety are considered as core principles for the selection of materials; and knowledgeness, attractiveness, as well as authenticity are regarded as supplementary ones.
