摘要
上海东方国信工业楼扩建工程为一带2层超长地下室的单体建筑,采用框架核心筒结构体系。地下1层为板柱体系,局部核六级人防。详细介绍了该结构分析与设计的有关内容,包括桩基选型、结构抗侧力体系、相关的特殊构造措施。主体框筒仅35m高,对高宽比小于1的框筒结构进行了静力弹塑性分析。分析结果表明,地震作用下最不利楼层较常规框筒结构下移;大震作用下,在框架梁进入塑性的情况下,竖向构件依然保持弹性。
Shanghai Oriental Guoxin Industrial project is a single building with two-story long basement, using frame-tube structure system. Slab-column system is applied in ground floor with local area of civil air defense to 6th shock wave. Detailed analysis and relevant design contents, including pile selection, structural lateral force resisting system, special construction measures are discussed. The nonlinear static analysis is adopted to the 35m-high main tower with the high width ratio less than 1. The results show that frail layer moves down with respect to normal frame- tube structure. Under severe earthquake, in the case of some frame beams converting to plastic condition, the vertical component remains elastic.
