摘要
根据某型飞机接口组件功能特点及输入输出关系,研究其测试原理,给出检测仪总体设计方案。采用以工控计算机为控制核心的硬件架构和模块化软件设计思路,通过穷举测试法将故障定位到独立测试单元。重点分析检测仪硬件功能模块实现方法和软件测试流程。结果表明,该设计能实现测试信号的实时收发与处理功能,测试效率高,故障定位准确。
According to the characteristic and relationship with input and output of a certain type of airborne interface component, the test principle is researched and a design frame of test instrument is presented. Industrial control computer is adopted as the core of the hardware and modularized design is adopted in software. The fault can be confirmed into test unit throught exhaus- tive test. The realization of test instrument hardware and test process are analysed stressly. The results demonstrate that the design can realize real time receiving and sending of the test signal, high test efficiency and fault confirmed accurately.
