摘要
美国各类型图书馆优质的读者服务缘于法律措施、硬件保障和软件实施,这为我国图书馆服务提供了一些启示:第一,图书馆服务必须有严谨、全面的法律依据;第二,各级政府对图书馆的馆舍场所、运作资金、运行渠道和员工学历等硬件要分责明确,逐一保障;第三,图书馆及其人员工作必须从价值观体现、人性化、职业化和节日化等软件入手,一并实施,从而全面优化服务质量。
Good reader services of American libraries due to legal measures,hardware security and software implementation,which provide a number of revelations: firstly,library services should have rigorous and comprehensive legal basis;secondly,governments at all levels should be responsible for the place of libraries,operating capital,operating channel and staff qualifications;thirdly,libraries and their staff should start with values embodiment,humanization,professionalism and festival,in order to optimize the quality of services fully.
