水利水电工程建设是人类利用自然、改造自然的实践活动,是国民经济发展和社会进步的需要。结合贵州省水库建设情况,探讨贵州少数民族文化保护的必要性,并以三板溪水库建设为例,深入分析和揭示水库建设与少数民族传统文化之间的关系,提出了重视和加强贵州少数民族传统文化保护的对策与建议,以期实现保护中开发、开发中保护的目的。为今后其它水库建设中少数民族传统文化的保护工作提供借鉴和参考。

The construction of water conservancy and hydropower project is human＇s practice for using and transforming the nature,meets the need of the national economic development and social progress.Combining with the reservoir distribution in Guizhou,discuss the necessity for the protection of minority cultures,and take Sanbanxi Reservoir as an example,by analysis the effectiveness and weaknesses of Sanbanxi traditional ethnic culture protection,deeply reveal the relationship between reservoir construction and traditional culture of ethnic minorities,bring forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the protection of minority traditional culture in Guizhou,in order to achieve the protection and development purposes,providing references for the future protection of ethnic minorities traditional culture in other reservoirs.
