摘要
【目的】筛选能有效促进亲虾性腺发育的生物饵料,为进一步开展饵料对南美白对虾亲虾繁殖影响的研究及研发安全、高效、优质、廉价亲虾催熟培育饵料提供参考依据。【方法】以鲢鱼卵、鲢鱼肉、水丝蚓、蚯蚓、水丝蚓+鲢鱼卵、配合亲虾饲料6种饵料饲喂南美白对虾亲虾,分析比较不同饵料对南美白对虾亲虾性腺发育的影响。【结果】投喂鲢鱼肉的雌、雄亲虾性腺与肝胰腺比重、性腺指数均高于其他处理组,综合表现较好;投喂蚯蚓、配合亲虾饲料的则相对较差。【结论】相对于鲢鱼卵、水丝蚓、蚯蚓、水丝蚓+鲢鱼卵、配合亲虾饲料,鲢鱼肉对南美白对虾亲虾性腺发育有显著的促进效果,更适合开发成为亲虾催熟培育的可替代饵料。
[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to screen different biological baits on promoting the development of parent prawns (Penaeus vannamei Boone) in order to develop safe, high-efficient, fine quality and cheap ripening breeding baits of parent prawns. [Method]Six kinds of baits, viz., silver carp ovary, silver carp flesh, Tubificidae, earthworm, Tubificidae mixed with silver carp ovary and combined broodstock formula feed, were used to fed parent prawn and their effects on development of gonads were analyzed. [Result]The male and female parent prawns fed with silver carp flesh showed highest ratio of gonad to hepatopancreas weight and gonadal index, while the prawns fed with earthworm and combined formula feed showed worse development. [Conclusion]Under experimental conditions, silver carp flesh significantly promoted the development of P. vannamei gonads and may be used as an alternative bait for breeding parent prawns.
