摘要
稀甲醛提浓塔塔釜排放的带有微量有机物的过热水直接排放时,因温度太高会损坏周围的设备和管道,故需先经地下水降温后再排放。对稀甲醛提浓塔的塔釜进行了改造,既降低了地下水的消耗,又使乙炔压缩机回水得到利用,达到经济效益、环保效益、安全效益三赢的目的。
Superheated water with trace organic matter,discharged from the bottom of dilute formaldehyde purifying tower,would damage surrounding equipments and pipelines due to the temperature of direct discharge water was too high.The superheated water had to cool down using underground water then discharges.Reforming the bottom of dilute formaldehyde purifying tower could save the consumption of underground water.And to make use of the return water of acetylene compressor could achieve the win situation of economic benefit,environmental protection benefit,and safety benefit.
