摘要 为挖潜增效、提高采收率,中原油田部署了卫117侧平井。该井具有井斜位移大、井眼轨迹不易控制、钻井液润滑防卡性能要求高、安全钻完井施工难度大等特点。根据靶前位移长特点,采用"直-增-稳-增-水平"剖面类型,加强随钻监控,加密测量做好轨迹预测,及时调整钻进方式,提高了实钻剖面符合率;使用高速牙轮钻头配合单弯螺杆钻进,优选合适的钻具组合、钻井参数,保证了定向工具面易于控制;采用硅醇钻井液体系,及时调整流型,提高钻井液润滑防塌与悬浮携带能力,保证井壁稳定;采取定期短起下钻清砂,强化安全操作和各项完井准备措施,为安全交井提供保障。该井的成功实施,对指导此类井施工具有一定的借鉴作用。 To develop the remaining oil and enhance oil recovery, Zhongyuan Oilfield arranged the treatment of drilling the Wei 117 well. Wei 117 well was featured by large extension, difficultly controlled trajectory, high demand of lubrication to prevent plugging, and difficult drilling and completion treatment. Because of the large extension, the profile type of "direct-up-slow-up-horizontal" was taken. The treatments of monitoring while drilling and trajectory prediction were strengthened to adjust the drilling mode timely and to improve the profile coincidence rate. High speed roller bit and single curve screw were matched to drilling the well. BHA and drilling parameters were optimized to guarantee the control of directional profile. The silanol drilling fluid was taken, and the flowing pattern was adjusted timely, to improve the lubrication and suspension capacity of drilling fluid, what is more, to make sure the stable wellbore. Regular short trip was taken to remove sands, safe operation and completion preparing treatment were stressed, to guarantee safe completion. The success on the well supply a reference for the treatment on the similar wells.
