摘要 庄海8Ng-H3井水平段筛管统一开采,目前处于高含水期,在其井眼内开窗侧钻庄海8Ng-H3K大位移水平井,以继续开发馆陶油藏。介绍了该井在Ф244.5mm套管内开窗侧钻技术,施工中应用了斜向器开窗和旋转导向、随钻测井及随钻测量等配套技术;借鉴庄海8Ng-H3井经验,采用了变密度筛管完井控制底水的分段开采技术。该井投产后日产油25t,含水6.3%,与邻井相比控水效果明显。该井的成功经验可为同类井施工提供借鉴。 ZhuangHai Well 8Ng-H3 is developed by commingled production in the whole screen section, leading to high water-cut of the well. To keep on exploring GuanTao reservoir layer, the extended-reach horizontal well ZhuangHai Well 8Ng-H3k is sidetracked from the well. The sidetracked casing was φ244.5 mm by size, and was sidetracked with whipstock sidetracking and rotary navigation technology. The vaiable density screen was taken as the completion method to control the bottom water. The well obtained an oil rate of 25 t/d and water-cut of 6.3%, and the water control effect is obvious comparing to the adjacent producers. The success experience of the treatment on the well supplies a valuable case for the same type wells.
